Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are placed. We work/process orders Monday through Saturday. We strive to process orders the same day but sometimes we have a large amount of orders which can take up to 3 days to process. Domestic shipping may take up to 3-7 business days. International orders may take 7-21 days. Sundays do not count as a business day. We are not responsible for USPS delays. Once the packages are dropped off at the post office, we are not responsible. Please make sure to read our policies before you place an order.

- Lost or Stolen Items

- Incorrect address that was provided when order was placed 

If you provided an incorrect address and the post office returns your package back to us, you will have to pay for shipping again to resend your package to correct address. We do not give refunds or exchanges for items that have been worn/used. If you would like a refund or exchange for your order, you will have to ship your items back to us. We are not responsible for shipping fees. Once we receive your items, we will refund your order. Shipping charges are Non-Refundable.
